TikTok removes over 22m videos in Pakistan

TikTok has removed over 22 million videos in Pakistan during the last quarter of 2025 for violating its community guidelines, according to the platform’s latest enforcement report.

In its Q4 2025 Community Guidelines Enforcement Report, TikTok said it removed 22,990,460 videos in Pakistan between October and December. The company stated that 99.9% of these removals were carried out proactively, with 98.4% of the flagged content removed within 24 hours.

TikTok said the actions are part of its ongoing efforts to maintain a safe and positive environment for users and to ensure compliance with its community standards.

The report also highlighted the platform’s global moderation efforts. TikTok removed a total of 175,302,085 videos worldwide during the same period, representing around 0.5% of all content uploaded to the platform.

The company said it continues to invest in automated detection systems and human moderation to identify and remove harmful or policy-violating content at scale.

Pakistan remains one of the significant markets where TikTok actively enforces content moderation policies due to its large and rapidly growing user base.
